Designer Shen Tian Tian is adopted by fashion mogul Li Man Li and begins her career as a ghost designer for Man Li's daughter, Tang Guo Er. The two become close, but their friendship is tested when Guo Er sends Tian Tian on a date with Zhao Group heir Zha Ming Yuan, only for both women to fall for him.
Tian Tian steps aside for Guo Er, even designing her wedding label, only for Guo Er to betray her out of jealousy. When a scandal forces Ming Yuan to resign, he partners with Tian Tian to launch a new label, Made in China. As Li Group crumbles and the former friends become rivals, only one brand can rise to the top of the fashion world.
