Tid and Giew were once university sweethearts. Years later, Giew becomes a famous lakorn director, while Tid, struggling with a failing TV show, works at a TV company. Tid and his wife, Pin, are trying to conceive, so they opt for GIFT. Giew, upset over her ex-boyfriend's marriage, causes a scandal, gets fired, and decides to carry her gay best friend Piang's child to please his father. Emmy, Piang's wife and a nurse, discovers Giew ruined her wedding and swaps their embryos, resulting in Giew carrying Tid and Pin's child, and Pin carrying Giew and Piang's.
