Three high school girls discover a naked, unconscious man on the beach, who mutters "Winner Take Nothing" before being sent to the hospital. Diagnosed with memory loss and a possible drowning, he has no ID, but a tattoo on his ankle is his only clue. The girls post a video of him online, and he becomes famous, nicknamed Hemingway after the short story collection. Hemingway allows the girls to film another video, hoping it will help uncover his identity. As he tries to recover his memory by drawing a scene from his mind, a missing girl is found, and the location resembles his drawing, leading to even more public fascination.
