In the city of Wu Xia, the restaurant Tian Xiang is renowned for its exquisite dishes, each uniquely tied to a story, moral lesson, or reflection on human nature. However, things take a dark turn when the prince of the realm forces Cheng Bi to create a dish that will grant him immortality. In the process, she transforms into a Taotie – a mythical creature with an insatiable appetite that threatens to destroy the entire city.
