Three decades ago, the Superhero Association, led by Superman Wang Chang Hai, repelled an alien invasion. Years later, Wang Chang Gai is specifically dispatched back to his hometown for training, where he teams up with the local branch director, Lao Xia, to form a superhero combat squad. On his first day in office, disregarding Lao Xia's dissuasion, he targeted those with connections, embarrassed the former county magistrate, showing no regard for personal favors, only creating incidents.
