A beautiful coffee shop owner, Zhong Mei Bao, is found dead in her condominium at Horizon Tower, with doll-like makeup on her face. Dubbed the "Doll Murder Case," her death shocks the building. Investigations reveal three suspects—security guard Xie Bao Luo, architect Lin Da Sen, and property manager Lin Meng Yu—each of whom had an intimate relationship with Zhong. While the case initially seems to be a crime of passion, new clues point to Zhong's troubled youth and a web of family ties involving her stepfather, mother, younger brother, and foster mother. Who is the true killer?
