Nira, a young girl rejected by everyone except her loving mother, desires the affection of her distant and cruel father, wishing he could be like her warm uncle, Chatchavee. When Nira's forbidden love for Chatchavee is rejected, she undergoes sex reassignment surgery with her mother's support. However, her mother dies during the procedure, and Nira runs away, later found by Dr. Benjang, who takes her in as his sister. After transitioning into a beautiful woman, Nira encounters Chatchavee and her father, both unaware of her true identity. The situation grows more complicated as Nira's envious aunt tries to thwart her at every turn.
