Zheng Xue Er, a successful woman with no intention of marrying, agrees to find a stable husband to ease her dying mother's worries. Through her best friend, Mi Li Li, she meets Song Hao Tian and quickly marries him. After her mother's death, Xue Er focuses on her new family, but struggles with infertility, causing tension with her mother-in-law.
