The Ching Hing Gang forbids drug dealing. When Ji Zo secretly breaks this rule, his fellow gang member Tin punishes and expels him. That same night, a cop’s wife is killed in Ji Zo’s nightclub, and Tin, disillusioned by personal loss, leaves the gang.
Fifteen years later, Ji Zo is Hong Kong’s top drug lord, while Tin has become a wealthy philanthropist. When Tin offers a $100 million bounty to eliminate the city’s No.1 drug dealer, it sparks a showdown between the former brothers-in-arms.
