Zhou Xi, the heiress of the Zong Zhou Group, ventures alone to Beicheng to become a diplomatic translator, where she has a one-night stand with Ying Heng Zhi, the president of Ding Shang Venture Capital. The two, physically compatible, begin a tacit agreement to remain in each other's lives and work, but Ying Heng Zhi falls for Zhou Xi first.
However, having experienced the "failure" of online dating and being accustomed to the open relationships of the wealthy, Zhou Xi fears becoming part of a game of ambiguity and is unwilling to develop a closer relationship with Ying Heng Zhi, forcing him to embark on a long pursuit. Initially, only interested in physical intimacy, the two gradually develop feelings for each other through their daily interactions, achieving a balance between career and love.
