The dreams and hopes we once had in our youth—do they remain as frozen images, like still photographs?
Hyeon Su has worked as a part-time lecturer for the past 10 years. He once dreamed of becoming a photojournalist, but now his only goal is to secure a full-time professorship. However, lacking the financial means to compete with others, he struggles to stand out among his peers. Married for a decade, his wife is the only family he has.
One day, Eun Su reappears in his life after 20 years. She was the one who first taught him photography and his first love. Her sudden return unsettles him even more when he discovers that she is also applying for the same full-time professor position he desperately wants…
